How far in advance should I book AV for my event?
Answer:
For smaller events like meetings and private parties, we recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks in advance. For larger events like conferences and galas, 3–6 months is ideal. Popular dates — especially in spring and fall — fill up quickly, so earlier is always better.

Can I hire Waveright even if my venue has an in-house AV provider?
Answer:

Our process looks like this:
1. We meet for a free consultation where we listen to your vision for the event and help you figure out what you will need from your AV partner to achieve your goals.
2. We run your event through our AV Consultation Checklist (which you can download for free here) to make sure every important detail gets considered and to prevent avoidable issues before they happen.
3. We send you a quote. What you see on the quote will be what you see on the final invoice unless you request changes. No surprises.
